We learnt about conflicts this today.
What are the causes ?
1. Misunderstanding
2. Attitudes
3. Miscommunications
4. Opinions
5. Personalities (Split/ different)
6. Disagreements over how to solve problems and achieve goals.
7. Communication breakdown
8. Projadise

But can conflicts produce or bring in any benefits ?
Maybe yes, but maybe not.

When conflicts come, try not to be angry.
Be calm and access the problem because sometimes,
we don't even know what's the nature of this conflict.

Oh ya, & we did a thing called
"Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument".
It's quite true !!
Me and Elyn got the same style of facing a conflict.

Being a big chef today !

cause mum wouldnt want me to cook again anymore D:
